Hi, I’m Bryn
I’m a Master’s degree qualified New Zealand Registered Nutritionist.
I initially started my nutrition journey through my love of rock climbing, wanting to figure out how to fuel myself properly to get the best results. As I went through my degree and first years of work as a clinical trial researcher and primary care nutritionist, I discovered a passion for not only optimising results in sport, but optimising health as a whole and being able to maintain it.
MY MISSION:
I believe that optimal health means looking at the whole body as one system and understanding the root cause of health dysfunction and decline, not just putting a bandaid on the symptoms.
Nutrition doesn’t have to be complex, but the amount of conflicting information online can make it difficult to work it out. I’m here to clarify things for you, bring it back to basics, and give you a personalised plan to get you on your way to feeling your best - because nutrition and lifestyle is not a “one-size-fits-all” thing.
My online consults are targeted towards individuals living with fibromyalgia, women’s health conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis, brain injury recovery and functional gut issues (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome).
